stylishly decorated guesthouse, unique architectural character, opportunity for interactivity
Soundproofing could use improvement due to outdoor noise!!! Basic amenities like a kettle and additional chairs would enhance comfort!!! Attention to minor maintenance issues would elevate the stay quality further!!!

This charming guesthouse boasts beautiful period details and welcoming staff, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is generous and the setting delightful, although the soundproofing could use improvement. The location is very good, albeit a steep walk back from the center.

Had an enjoyable time, especially with the delightful breakfast spread and the cozy seating area. I loved lounging in the peaceful garden with its lovely plants and occasional birdsong. Just a heads up, the road outside can be a bit noisy at night, so maybe bring ear plugs! 🌼

It was really convenient for us to walk to Porto's main square—less than a ten-minute stroll. The spacious Family Suite was perfect for our large group with four babies, and I loved the lovely breakfast spread each morning.
In my wife’s opinion, having fewer available staff made things stressful.

Couple's Perfect Place!
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had this traditional charm that took me back! Plus, the breakfast spread each morning was refreshing, all these pastries and fresh fruits which made the start of the day really nice.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still within reason.

The family suite was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day of exploring. The breakfast spread was noteworthy, featuring a delightful range of pastries, meats, and cheeses that set a positive tone for the day. However, the noise from the street was disruptive at night, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like a kettle or a comfortable sitting area within the room detracted from the overall experience.

I stayed in the Family Suite, and it was so spacious with separate areas, which was perfect for some privacy. Beds were really comfortable too, and the decor had this charming, French chic vibe. The bathrooms were an added bonus with their nice designs. Definitely a cozy spot to rest after a day of exploring Porto! Just a bit of a hike to the main sites, but that’s the charm of the city!
